By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the play4ace platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use play4ace services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and play4ace as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use play4ace services. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to verify their age eligibility.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one play4ace account. Duplicate registrations are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and updated whenever changes occur. play4ace reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. play4ace will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using automation software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate the platform
- Sharing or transferring an account to another party
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Disrupting the platform's operations or other users' experience
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the play4ace platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and have been obtained lawfully. play4ace does not accept deposits from unknown sources or third parties without explicit written authorisation.
Successful deposits will be credited to your MYR account balance within the timeframe specified for each payment method. If you experience any delays or issues with a deposit, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Fund withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- A user's account must be identity-verified before their first withdrawal can be processed
- Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by play4ace
- Play4ace reserves the right to request supporting documents for compliance purposes before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits
- Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the payment method selected
Play4ace is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers when processing user transactions.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Play4ace reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document
- Fraud, attempted fraud, or suspicious activity
- Use of multiple accounts or false identities
- Failure to verify identity when requested
- Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies
- Behaviour that is harmful to other users or to the reputation of the platform
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the user's own request and no violation has occurred, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Play4ace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss suffered by users as a result of using this platform, including but not limited to losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss. This platform is provided on an “as is” basis, and play4ace makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability or accuracy of its services at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content on the play4ace platform — including names, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of play4ace or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from play4ace.
Third-Party Links
The play4ace platform may contain references or links to third-party websites or services. play4ace is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Play4ace reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest version applicable to their use.
Notice of material changes to these terms will be communicated via your registered email address or through in-platform notifications. Continued use of play4ace services following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
